Our team in Knoxville, TN (USA) was a pilot site for the deployment, and I worked with Sarah to define requirements from the field and work with her to refine their form and function for the end-user to be efficient and user-friendly. Sarah coordinated a collaborative effort in this deployment to ensure that all users of the platform were considered, and all requirements for this new deployment were considered and implemented in the new tool.
